Refund Policy
Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. To achieve this, we have implemented an appointment and cancellation policy.
Appointments are in high demand, and canceling in advance will give someone else the opportunity to receive timely care. This policy allows us to optimize the use of available appointments for our clients. When booking your appointment, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit, which will be credited toward your treatment(s).
A specific time has been reserved for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must call at least 24 hours in advance and your deposit will be refunded or your appointment will be rescheduled for a later date.
However, if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will forfeit your deposit. If you arrive more than 30 minutes before your appointment, it will be considered a no-show and you will forfeit your deposit.
